Dates: 20. bis 21. Juli 2012
Participation Fee: 198,- Euros per participant incl. 20% VAT, net = 165,- Euros
Services included: Seminar moderation and mountain guide, cable car ride down with the Tiroler Zugspitzbahn, dinner at concluding evening, seminar notes, certificate of participation.
Not included: Hotel reservation(accomodation), travel to location, drinks at concluding dinner. Every participant is responsible for their own provisions and drinks during the hike.
Registration deadline: July 12, 2012
Late registration: 30,- Euros late registration fee late registration possible until Friday July 28, 2012, at the beginning of the event.
This offer is valid as long as space is available.
Sales tax for companies outside of Austria: Workshop fees for companies in Europe, i.e. Germany (with VAT Reg. ID Number), are invoiced without the VAT sales tax (transfer of tax liability to the recipient – “reverse charge”).

Consent Form
The participants recognize through their registration the exclusion of liability of the organizer of damage to persons and property of any kind. Attendance at the Zugspitze Gipfelmotivation is at your own risk. All instructions and decisions of the supervisors are to be heeded. In case of breach and / or violation of the rules, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the event. For eventual damage or loss relating to this, the organizer takes no responsibility.
Weather and acts of nature: In situations that threaten the safety of the participants, such as natural disasters, storms, thunder, fire, etc. the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event or to reorganize it accordingly. If an event is cancelled due to force majeure, illness, accident or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, no liability for loss or damage is held on behalf of the organizer. In this case, the participant is not entitled to a fee refund.

Copyright
The participant acknowledges the copyright of the author/organizer of the materials created (training documents, etc.). Any duplication and/or distribution of any of these works by the participants without the prior written consent of the author/organizer is forbidden.
At this event, film footage and interviews will be created for a film documentary. By booking and attending the event, the participant agrees that photos, audio and video recordings of the event and individuals or groups for the documentation of the organizer’s courses, in printed or electronic media, can be made and used. The participant agrees to the publication so that no entitlements whether financial, copyright or data protection, can be demanded.
Registration and confirmation: You will receive a registration confirmation about 2-3 days after receipt of the written registration and the fee has been paid in full to the bank account. A week before the beginning of the event, we will send you further information. Cancellations must be in written form. Any cancellations up to three weeks prior to start of the seminar will be charged a 40% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is any closer to the start date, the full amount must be paid and will not be refunded. No cancellation charges will be charged if a substitute participant is sent. Pre-requisite for participation is a healthy physical and psychological condition which does not put participant or others in danger and participant must have reached their 18th birthday. Please ask us during the registration if there are questions or impairments which may eventually affect your participation.
